Hello everyone, I am Helen - nice to meet you! I have just arrived in this lovely part of the UK from the flat lands of the Netherlands. Whilst overseas, I really missed the hills, so it is now delightful to be surrounded by such lush undulating countryside! My yoga teaching is an ongoing journey and has corresponded with my physical journey around the globe. I am a qualified Yoga Alliance Yin and Vinyasa teacher, having been trained in the Netherlands, I was inspired by the spiritual yoga classes which followed the teachings of the philosophical guru Ram Das and yoga teachers such as Sarah Powers. I therefore, love to combine the practical asana elements of yoga with inner awareness, so that we can dive deeper into the true nature of Yoga. I also love using breathwork and including relaxation in the practice, as well as the core fire, when we need it! Each of my classes have their own flavour. Each season brings a new rhythm and a new energy level. Join me when you can, I am looking forward to meeting you on the mat Helen x

Join us for a class that will recharge and refuel you. Begin with breath awareness and slowly moving through your body. The class flows between postures at a slow and deliberate pace. You’ll have space in each to stay connected to your breath, whilst strengthening your body and cardiovascular system. A slow cool down and relaxation to finish
