A nourishing floor based practice where postures are held for a few minutes to encourage deep release. The practice of yin yoga invites us to connect to the parasympathetic nervous system, where we can let go. Yin yoga helps balance the energetic body, working with the principles of qi and meridian theory. Come and soften into yourself.
