Join in for a well rounded yoga practice. Starting slowly with mindful breathing. Moving through your body to warm, stretch and strengthen. The practice progresses to a slow flow visiting key postures and sequences. Variations are offered so you can practice at your own level. We end in a luxurious relaxation.

Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket.
