Description

Complete Yoga Nidra practice. 1.5 hours.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of healing, kindness and surrender.

Go deep within yourself to understand the relationship between consciousness, mind, and body with the ancient yogic practice of yoga nidra, yogic sleep with awareness. The benefits are total relaxation and a feeling of bliss.

Yoga Nidra practice helps us to master our sleep, to engage and gain control of our nervous system, to reduce tension, and stress and achieve the spiritual realisation of the state of Yoga Nidra, your true nature.

The intention of a Nidra practice is a means, employing different brain waves, to guide and help produce desirable change at various levels of human capacity.

This complete practice will include gentle physical movements to clear pranic channels and heighten awareness, breath awareness, shavayatra to focus your attention on vital, nerve-rich points in the body, helping to balance the subtle energies and sleep with awareness, or conscious sleep.

The benefits?
* Ease insomnia
* Decrease anxiety
* Alleviate stress
* Reduce PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency
* Heighten awareness and focus
* Transform negative habits and ways of thinking
* Foster feelings of peace, calm, and clarity
