Welcome light, radiance and the fire event with a yoga practice to honour the Summer Solstice. On the longest day of the year we move and breathe with the energy of the Sun.

Join in for a well rounded yoga practice. Starting slowly with mindful breathing. Moving through your body to warm, stretch and strengthen. The practice progresses to a flow visiting key postures and sequences. Variations are offered so you can practice at your own level. We end in a luxurious relaxation.
