Hi I'm Emma! I've been practicing yoga regularly since around 2008 and in October 2018 completed my 200 hours teacher training, more recently I've also qualified as a Menopause Wellness and Sleep coach. I've always kept physically fit but I love that yoga goes further and provides both the mind and body with fulfilment which feels so good. My classes provide a blend of gentle challenge along with mindful movement. My teaching style is down to earth and rooted in making everyone feel welcome and included. Alongside yoga, I'm a wanderluster and love to be on a sunny beach or snowboarding down a mountain!

Breathe Deep is your invitation to pause. This one-hour class weaves calming breathwork (pranayama), gentle movement, and still meditation to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself. Held in our serene and welcoming studio, this class is open to everyone—no experience needed. Whether you're completely new or simply craving space to slow down, you’ll be supported by a kind-hearted community and a nurturing pace.
