Our prenatal yoga class supports you through all stages of pregnancy. While pregnancy is a beautiful journey, it can also be challenging. Yoga helps you connect with yourself and your growing baby. In this class, you’ll learn essential breathing techniques and poses to ease discomfort and prepare for birth and motherhood. Led by our Pregnancy Yoga teacher and Naturopathic Doctor, Reut Sapir.
