Cindy has been teaching yoga since 2006 in the UK and Taiwan, bringing together traditional Hatha yoga, modern movement science, and mindfulness to support long-term physical and mental wellbeing. With a background in Sports Science and traditional yoga studies, she integrates anatomy, functional movement, and ancient yogic wisdom into her teaching.
Her yoga journey began at university, where she discovered Hatha yoga and pranayama, later completing pranayama teacher training at Kaivalyadhama, India. She is currently training as a Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapist, further enriching her holistic approach.
Description
Mindfulness Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that combines slow, alignment-focused movement with breath awareness and present-moment attention. With a emphasis on internal experience and body awareness, the class supports nervous system regulation, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance. Students are invited to move with kindness and curiosity. Suitable for all levels, this practice can help reduce stress, improve mobility, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and wellbeing.
