I took my first yoga class to release hip pain from spending hours in front of the computer and found that it not only helped relieve aches and pains, but it also helped me to connect with my inner self and approach life differently. Over time, yoga taught me to accept uncomfortable situations andto become comfortable with them. For example, in an unpleasant posture or position, controlling our breathing and not using resistance to hold it, lead us to embrace it positively. I attained the Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hours Teacher Training and started teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles for all levels. My classes are focused on positive change in the body and mind by developing flexibility and strength, building up your confidence with emphasis on working at your own pace, listening to your body, being present in the moment and simply enjoying movement.

Description

A dynamic class that links postures in a flowing sequence known as vinyasa flow. Quiet your busy mind by anchoring your awareness in your body through movement. Move your joints through the full range of motion, strengthen muscles and cardiovascular system. The class starts and ends in stillness, inviting you to connect to your breath.

Bring your mat. Wear layers to peel off as you heat up and keep you cosy as you find stillness. Please wear a mask until you arrive on your mat, and when leaving the studio. Please pre-book your spot.
