Description
A class designed around the fundamentals of yoga. Each week you will be guided through an introduction and revisiting of yoga poses, including alignment tips. You’ll be guided to use your breath intentionally to enhance each posture. You will experience yoga sequences that link one posture to another following a theme. You will practice breath awareness and pranayama (breath control practices). Some quiet contemplation is an important element of a yoga class.
Suitable for all levels. Beginners to anyone seeking to revisit the fundamentals.
