You’ll be guided through sequences that flow from one pose to another with breath awareness. Enjoy a unique mix of moving gently combined with challenge. You’ll feel revitalized and renewed.

In light of Covid-19: Class size is limited to insure social distancing. Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket. Arrive early if you can.
