Quiet your busy mind by anchoring your awareness in your body through movement. Move your joints through the full range of motion, strengthen muscles and cardiovascular system. The class begins and ends in stillness, inviting you to connect to your breath.

Bring your mat. Wear layers to peel off as you heat up and keep you cosy as you find stillness. Please wear a mask until you arrive on your mat, and when leaving the studio. Please pre-book your spot.
