Description

Join Sam for a class that will recharge and refuel you. Begin with breath awareness and slowly moving through your body. The class flows between postures at a slow and deliberate pace. You’ll have space in each to stay connected to your breath, whilst strengthening your body and cardiovascular system. A slow cool down and relaxation to finish.

Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket.
