This series of 4 short 45 minute classes will teach practitioners basic breathing exercises. Practitioners will also be led through a yoga nidra practice. This is a type of sense withdrawal practice that targets the subconscious layers of the mind to bring about personal change. This program is designed to provide people with simple yogic stress management techniques and the space to practice self-care in hard times.

The Pranayama & Yoga Nidra program content is based on teacher Tori Mitchell's Hatha training. Pranayama practices are also drawn from her teachers' renowned expertise. Tori studied with BNS Iyengar (Krishnamacharr Yoga Shala), a direct student of Krishnamacharya for over 20 years in Mysore, India. She also has advanced Pranayama training with Paul Dallaghan, a certified Ashtanga Teacher with over 20 years experience learning from Sri OP Tiwari (Kaivalyadhama Institute) who also leads scientific research in the field of Pranayama.
