This is a workshop intended to familiarize students with the concept behind Rocket Vibe Yoga, along with some basic alignment principles found in the practice. A workshop for beginners to this adapted Rocket practice. All are welcome to join! This Vinyasa Flow practice based on Ashtanga Vinyasa will leave you feeling energized and inspired.
We will delve into a well rounded practice of Pranayama, Kriya and Asana. We will look at how to connect breath and movement in your practice. We will examine optimal breath patterns in the Sun Salutations. We will also examine how to improve your overall alignment throughout this particular flow of poses found both in Ashtanga and Rocket.
This is your opportunity to learn more about the theory behind your efforts in practice and of course, as always, to have fun!
