If you've never done yoga before or you need a refresh on the basic fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga, then this course is perfect for you.
Five dynamic classes offered each Saturday morning for five weeks.
DATE: 5 March - 2 April 2022
TIME: 8.45 - 10.00am
LOCATION: Maianbar Hall, Maianbar
BRING: Yoga mat, hand towel and if you own any yoga props please bring them along
This is a face-to-face course.
Each class will vary and grow in knowledge from the last so it's advised that you do your best to attend all classes. Unfortunately, if you miss a class there is no refund or no make up session. Please consider that your commitment to this course is a valuable investment to yourself.
