Description

Classes to work with breathing exercises to enhance wellbeing, clarity, purification, balancing energy, relaxation and centering. Classes are conducted in quarterly levels on a yearly basis to safely progress in the Iyengar method of pranayama. Yoga props (blankets, eyewrap, blocks, chair, strap, open wall space) will be utilized throughout the sessions.
