Description
Iyengar Mixed Levels Class – The perfect class if you are just starting out as well as if you are more experienced in the method. Foundational standing and seated poses will be covered along with preparations for inversions, back bending and forward extensions. Alternate poses will be offered. For those with more experience in the practice, we will work on the classic poses with greater refinements and depth.
Props needed: A yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, 3-4 yoga blankets, a chair.
Prerequisite: None. For those working on refinements in the inversions, Level I/II-Level II.
