Vinyasa yoga is a movement flow practise one of the Most popular popular contemporary styles . The creative sequence changes weekly . It is a fun way to build strength and Flexibility . Focusing on the flow of breath and movement of the body including other elements such as gaze point and intentions . Followed by pranayama and Meditation. It is a mixture of Asthanga and Jivamukti .
