Description
Yin Yoga is the practice of finding stilness within the chaos of life , where we learn to surrender into the deeper layers of our being , alowing the quiet wisdom of our innersleves to unfold. Yin is a deeply introspective and medititive form of yoga that offers a unique contrast to the more dynmaic styles, Each shape or pose is held for an extended period , ranging between 3-5 minutes or more allowing th body to slowly open and release. The purpose of yin is to attune to attune to the gentle rhythms of chi within your body and mind and spirit.
