Description
This class refers to a flow that transitions from more active dynamic (yang) to a slower , more restoritive , and introspective poses (yin) . This class combines two opposites but complementary energies. After the Yang phase we slow the pace down and prepare for the yin portion. This transition brings the body into a deeper state of receptivity .Yin targets the fascia and deep tissues holding poses for 3-5 mins. The pace is slow and props may be used. Finally ending the class with a guided meditation or yoga nidra .
