Description

A Yin class is slow paced practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxtion. It involves holding passive postures for extended periods, typically 3-5 mins or longer , to target the deep connective tissues , such as ligaments, joints, amd fascia, Yin emphasizes stillness and surrender, allowing gravity to assist in opening the body while encouraging a meditative state. Yin is a quiet and intorspective practise thta helps balance the more active yang-style exercises and fosters a snese of peace and inner calm.
