Suzi yoga Kenny

Suzanne Kenny is the owner of Yoga4All studio based in Swords. Suzanne did her original 500hr yoga teaching qualification back in 2004 and has been teaching full time ever since. Yoga4all was officially opened in 2011 and was the first Yoga Studio in Swords Co.Dublin. Suzanne is qualified in a variety of yoga styles including PowerFlow, antigravity aerial yoga , barre sculpt and more! She teaches classes from beginners to advanced, from children through adults. While not teaching yoga, Suzanne can be found running around Dublin/Wicklow mountains with her dog Anu or taking care of her 6 horses.

Description

A yoga class designed to build strength while enhancing mobility. Expect dynamic flows that take joints through their full range of motion, combined with postures and transitions that challenge balance, stability, and muscular endurance. The practice weaves in functional strength moves like planks, lunges, and core work, balanced with mobility drills for the hips, shoulders, and spine. You’ll leave feeling both stronger and more supple, with a body that moves freely and powerfully.
This class is 60mins long and includes a relaxation at the end to ensure you float home to bed.
