Hatha Yoga is a practice of physical asanas (postures) that stretch, strengthen, tone and deeply relax the body. Finding an action in a static position, making it come alive with energy and awareness. Through the continued practice of Asanas, you will gain flexibility, strength, and stamina. The whole idea is a balance of strength and flexibility externally and internally, as well. Class will start with pranayama and a short meditation, and will end with a well deserved relaxation.
