A gentle, feel-good class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully switch off.
This 75-minute practice begins with a soft, easy-paced flow, guiding you through simple, mindful movements that stretch and open the body without pressure or intensity. It’s a chance to reconnect with your breath, loosen tight muscles, and create a sense of ease.
As the class unfolds, we gradually slow things down, moving into deeply restorative, fully supported poses. Here, you’ll have time to truly relax, allowing your body to soften and your mind to settle.
