This workshop

Aerial swing, consists of a fabric seat suspended from multiple attachment points, often with handles or straps for gripping. It usually has a fixed shape and is designed to provide support in seated or reclined positioned.

Aerial swing is primarily used for supported poses, such as backbends, forward bends, and spinal decompression exercises. It provides stability and support for practitioners, especially in poses where the body is partially or fully suspended.

Aerial swing provides sturdy support and stability, making it suitable for practitioners who may need extra assistance or prefer a more structured setup. The seat design offers a secure feeling, especially in inverted or reclined positions.
