Description
Welcome to the world of breath.
I cover topics from pranayama techniques, where they come from, and what they do, to breathing therapy, and techniques done in freediving.
All of the lessons aim to calm your nervous system and better your breathing in the moment and in the long run.
It is hugely advantageous to know your way around your body in that regard.
I will teach you all that I know to feel comfortable and able in your body.
Props you might need:
Have a good support for sitting comfortably and a blanket for longer sequences lying down.

100 spots available
Description
This course hits flexibility and strength. These are components that should not be missing from any Asana practice and it sure can’t hurt to do some extra sessions and focus on that in particular.
This helps you in every other Yoga practice and in everyday life, as it is targeted to strengthen any weak links and to loosen the stiff parts in your body.
Embedded in a traditional Ashtanga practice is a mobility sequence that prepares the part of the series that we will practice in that session. We will cover the whole second series over the course of several weeks.
Props that you might need:
Block or sturdy pillow
Yoga belt
Resistance band
2 tennis balls or fascia balls
2 weights (1-2kg, or water bottles)
