In this class we include armalances in a liquid flow.
The first part of the practice is sequenced and towards the end of the practice it has a workshop style, as we practice different Armbalances with more time and explanation.
The practice is Rocket based, a dynamic Yoga practice rooted in the Ashtanga traditions.
The class is open to all levels, as I provide variations and hands-on-assist.
