A flowing Vinyasa class inspired by the wisdom of the chakras.
Each session focuses on one energy center and its unique qualities,
from grounding in the root to expanding through the crown.
We move through dynamic sequences with intention, including moments of challenge (Peak Poses), spacious breath, and grounding stillness. This is not just a physical practice. It’s a journey of energetic awareness and inner transformation.
