Description
Core Flow for Everyone blends breath-focused stretches with core-strengthening exercises, providing a balanced practice to improve posture and promote relaxation.
The session will begin laying down in a comfortable savasana. Participants will be guiding through simple breathing techniques to turn inward and calm the nervous system. Once grounded, gentle stretches will be introduced to bring focused energy to the body. This energy will be used to connect to the core, and invite abdominal awareness.
Intuitive movement will guide participants to their feet, where we will move through two rounds of sun salutations and one standing balance posture. Following these three elements, we will make our way back to seated postures and gradually flow back into savasana.
This warm practice is intended for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, looking to connect with their core through intentional movement and align mind, body and spirit.
