Ellie Lamoureux
Ellie has been studying, taking and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 including 100 hours in Yin Yoga.
Ellie loves to teach Hatha yoga, gentle yoga, restorative, meditation and yoga Nidra.
Ellie also enjoys sharing the sacred teachings of the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita.

Join us for this slow-paced class which moves through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. This class offers comfort to stiff achy muscles, improves joint mobility and most of all restores a sense of harmony and balance between the mind and body 💗
