I’m the proud owner of Align Holistic Studio and I’m passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and feel their best—at every stage of life.
With a background in clinical nutrition, personal training, and holistic wellness, I believe that movement should be both effective and enjoyable. My classes focus on proper form, functional strength, mobility, balance, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to challenge yourself.
My goal is to empower you to move with confidence, celebrate your progress, and discover just how strong you’re capable of becoming. I can’t wait to welcome you to class!

This class has it all- upper and lower body components, core exercises, low intensity cardio and so much more! You will work every part of the body, all while focusing on building lean muscle and improving mobility and bone density!! This class is a great way to get an all-encompassing workout in 60 minutes and is designed for all fitness levels! Everyone is welcome!
