Align holistic Studio Owner /Certified Personal Trainer /Clinical Nutritionist /Reiki Grand Master Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m the proud owner of Align Holistic Studio and I’m passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and feel their best—at every stage of life. With a background in clinical nutrition, personal training, and holistic wellness, I believe that movement should be both effective and enjoyable. My classes focus on proper form, functional strength, mobility, balance, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to challenge yourself. My goal is to empower you to move with confidence, celebrate your progress, and discover just how strong you’re capable of becoming. I can’t wait to welcome you to class! My philosophy towards fitness is simple; “Physical activity is not a punishment; it is a celebration of what our body’s can do.”

Description

Chair mobility is adaptive for all! It can also be challenging in different ways that may be unexpected!

It can be solely practiced within a chair. However, our practice will also use a chair as a prop to help with balance and strength building and stamina or help with transitioning in and out of postures. Using chairs as supportive tools in standing postures can help provide ease and accessibility to postures that may otherwise be intimidating or inaccessible. Some standing sequences may be more accessible than seated ones.

This is a pop up class and will be facilitated by Shannon
