Description

Hatha Strength with Nathie is a 45 minute grounding yet empowering practice designed to build full-body strength while cultivating focus and mindful breathing. This class combines traditional Hatha yoga principles with strength-focused holds and slow, controlled transitions to challenge both body and mind.

Expect a slower pace with longer holds to build muscular endurance, joint stability, and balance, while improving posture and body awareness. Each movement emphasizes proper alignment and intentional engagement, helping to activate underused muscles and enhance overall functional strength.

Hatha Strength is ideal for anyone looking to complement their fitness or yoga routine with mindful resistance work. It can help release tension, restore balance to the nervous system, and leave you feeling strong, centered, and deeply at ease.
