For 23 years, Shannon has worked in a leadership role within the Long Term Care Sector and from this experience, has developed a passion for promoting health and wellness, ageing gracefully, stress reduction and the prevention of chronic illness. Shannon has attained her Fitness Instructor (2012) and Personal Trainer (2024) Certifications through Can-Fit Pro and continues to enjoy teaching many types of classes that are fun, interactive, challenging yet designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Shannon takes pride in empowering others to feel their best. Her philosophy towards fitness is simple; “Physical activity is not a punishment; it is a celebration of what our body’s can do.”

Description

This 45 minute classes combines ballet-inspired and pilates-inspired movements into a total body workout where the music will have you enjoying the moment with a gentle burn.
Expect pulses and small controlled movements while connecting with your body for a fun class that will improve strength, posture and balance. All bodies are welcome!
