Ik help je "vergeten" natuurlijke beweging in je lijf herstellen en te integreren in je dagelijks leven zodat je beter gaat bewegen.
Beweging is echt belangrijk voor de werking van je lijf PLUS het raakt al je zintuigen: minder stress en goed in je vel.

Beschrijving
Bring your mat and standard props (dome, block, strap, 25cm inflatable ball, small ball like a tennis ball). An email will be sent if we will use a not listed prop. Prepare for the weather and insects (mosquitos, ticks).
Types of classes:
-Active: a higher heart rate / tired muscles, less lying down/seated exercises
-Stretch: a relaxed stretch lesson with mainly lying down and seated exercises
-Basic: suitable for beginners trial lesson or for seasoned participants an opportunity to revisit "alignment principles & the first 50 exercises"
-Mix: a mix of the above
NB with *: if there are non-Dutch speaking participants, I will teach in English.
