An introduction to Yoga Flow. This class will use props such as blocks and pads to assist in approaching new poses with the focus on the basics of vinyasa (flow) it's a wonderful place to start if you're new and wanting to learn more about the poses and different approaches to improve your comfort and stability in each one. All classes finish with a relaxing savasana. Mats, blocks, pads, straps and blankets provided.
