Description

Strength Training is a small group (4-5) session that includes a set list of
exercises focused on gaining over all strength. Every class includes a warm up, mobility, weight training and a "finisher" set of exercises to help with feeling good and recovery. Class time runs approximately 50 minutes. Modifications provided for your personal ability and guidance given for form, safety and strength benefits. *will modify exercises to fit your fitness schedule (example: add back exercises if you've not worked back yet that week, etc.)
