Group Strength Training is a small group setting of up to 4 individuals. Class is a mix of exercises that include mobility and stability exercises with a focus on weight training. Each day a new set of exercises are given- demonstrated and modified for your body's ability and strength. Its a great place to start to gain confidence in the gym!
