Supine Slow-Down

Slow down and do a class that is mostly on your back (supine). There are only a few standing poses. We move very slowly, with the breath, and pause to notice how we feel often. An opening meditation to help you go within. Overall this class is designed to help you relax, and organically unwind tension.
