Soothing Exhaustion

Sometimes we need a nice slow practice to rejuvenate the cells, and soothe the body & mind. This class is "Active Restoration" a term I am making up now to mean: restorative yoga with active/strengthening asana blended in for a nice balance- to help you find soothing stillness. It is prop heavy: grab everything (Yoga blocks, pillows, blankets, strap or belt, and the kitchen sink).
