A class for the low back - intended to keep the low back healthy, flexible, and strong. Mostly lying down, we do one pose on hands and knees and one on our abdomen. The breath focus is calming and soothing. Always check with your medical professional to see if yoga is safe if you are experiencing an injury or issue.
