Hatha yoga is traditional yoga poses that are sequenced (put together in a way) to help you feel more balanced. The poses are said to balance the energy of the sun and the moon in the body, the feminine and the masculine, the solar (doing) and the lunar (being), are all brought into harmony by doing Hatha yoga poses. This practice uses a few seated poses to warm up the spine, a few standing for energy, and finally the last 20 minutes is Restorative Yoga, which will use props to help the body/mind relax.
