Yin for Hips: Relax and Stretch

Yin yoga uses longer holds to help you release tension that may be held in the connective tissue, or Fascia, of the body. This class uses a number of longer holds to get into the hips, relaxing and stretching. Props are used to help you go into each pose at a level that feels good for you - not too much stretch, not too little - think Goldilocks: and go for the "just right" amount.
