Gentle Yoga: Balanced & Calm

This class is designed to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and calm. We start with some balanced breathing, and use it throughout to shift our energy to a place of calm. The yoga postures are a mix of active and a few restorative to help you relax at the end. Overall - my hope is you will feel more calm and balanced as a result of this class.
