Gentle Yoga for the Sacrum

A gentle yoga class, with a focus on the sacrum, and pelvis. Creating stability in the sacrum, and also connecting with the energy deep in the pelvis. Contracting and expanding across the belly, to let go of any held tension or emotion. Using the Sanskrit word for now, "atha," to remind ourselves to be present in the moment. A reasonably relaxing class, but a bit of an active relaxation, with a nice savanna.
