Accessible Yoga - 30 Minute Calming

This Class offers options that will help you find a version of each pose to fit your body today. Not a Chair Yoga Class (we are standing for some poses), although many options are shown in a chair. The poses are active, but the breath is calming - helping you to feel more relaxed and balanced.
Props: A chair or yoga blocks, one yoga block, possibly a pillow for relaxation on the ground. At home props can be used instead of "yoga" props (paper towel rolls, books, or correctly sized Tupperware/storage containers can be used as blocks).
