This class is balanced in terms of active, and relaxing poses/practices - my hope is it will leave you feeling balanced (not too up, not too down). We get our energy moving a bit, but also relax in a few restorative poses at the end. Heart and hip openers are used to elevate your energy before the restorative practices.
