Yin for Piriformis/Hips

A yin practice targeted at the piriformis - a pesky little muscle within the glute family that can get very tight, it is sometimes the culprit in sciatica, and a couple of hip openers here too. A nice long relaxation, with some guidance through marma points that can lead up more deeply toward stillness, and pratyahara, or sense withdrawal.
