Relaxation and Stretch: Hips (12/14/23)

This is a relaxing stretch class for the hips! Soothing slow movements, a lot of supine poses (on our backs), not a lot of standing, and the breath - make this a very relaxing practice! Use it anytime you want to work on the hips - or if you just want a more mellow class.
I leave you in savasana, but there is a "Calming Breath Meditation" in the meditation folder that followed this live class.
